for Home Repairs
St. Joseph County has been awarded CDBG funds for a home improvement
program through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).
St. Joseph County plans to assist homeowners with improvements to their
homes that may include windows, insulation, siding, plumbing and
electrical repairs, roof replacement, furnaces and air conditioners, and
other repairs.
